About the CEO
Jolly Joe
Sales & Managing Director
Jolly Joe is the Sales & Managing Director of Teltec Investments Limited, a company he pioneered in 2007 when it commenced business operations as an engineering outfit in Uganda. Jolly Joe is an Engineer with significant experience gained over the years in Electro Mechanical Engineering, ICT, Telecommunication, Air Conditioning and General Engineering works. He has offered technical support and leadership to cross-functional teams improving engineering-related projects across sourcing, installations, operations, supplies, maintenance and associated logistics in Uganda and across the region.
He has extensive knowledge of industrial machinery such as earth movers, generators, air conditioners, electrical switch gears and AVRs, automobiles, telecommunication requirements, DC power plants, domestic and industrial electrical installations, general civil works, power audits and sustainable energy solutions — applied to projects for telecommunication companies, government and non-government organizations, international organizations and private individuals in Uganda and across the East African sub-region.
He holds an MBA from Makerere University, Kampala; an MSc in Engineering Technology from University College Dublin, Ireland; and a BSc Engineering degree from Makerere University, Kampala. He has a passion for new technology.
